Du er med til at videreudvikle vores forretning

Som Senior Mechanical Engineer vil dine arbejdsopgaver primært være løsning af opgaver for vores brede kundegruppe på tværs af mange brancher. Her vil du udføre mange varierende arbejdsopgaver fra projektledelse af mindre og større projekter af kortere eller længere varighed til opgaver som faglig specialist, bl.a. inden for maskinkonstruktion, produktudvikling og strukturelt design. Du får tæt kundekontakt og har selvstændigt ansvar for aftaler samt projektgennemførelse, hvor du hele tiden har øje for nye muligheder for vores forretning. Arbejdsopgaverne udføres individuelt eller i teams, enten hos DIS eller som konsulent hos kunden, og altid med sparring fra dine kolleger i DIS. I perioder vil du også vejlede og lede kolleger indenfor dit arbejdsområde.

Med et stærkt teknisk fundament får du tingene til at ske

Du har en teoretisk baggrund som diplom- eller civilingeniør og har gerne +5 års erfaring som maskiningeniør. Du brænder for dit fag, holder dig ajour med udviklingen og sætter en ære i høj kvalitet og professionalisme. Du kan påtage dig flere roller i projektgennemførelse fra specialist til Tech Lead. Det er desuden en forudsætning, at du har stærke kompetencer inden for et eller flere af nedenstående områder:

  • Erfaring med procesanlæg
  • Erfaring med device-udvikling
  • Erfaren FEM-beregner
  • Stærk i CE/maskindirektivet
  • Robust design & tolerancekædeberegning

Vi forventer, at du brænder for teknologi og mekanik, og at du fremstår som en fremragende kommunikator og en dygtig organisator. Du går til opgaverne med stor selvstændighed og sikrer dermed fremdrift og succes for vores forretning. Samtidig er du bevidst om, at de gode løsninger ikke skabes af enkeltindivider, men opstår i et dagligt samspil med og mellem kolleger. I dit arbejde formår du at prioritere dine opgaver og har altid fokus på de væsentligste områder og leverancer i balance mellem kort og langsigtede projektbehov. Som person er du er omstillingsparat, har et højt personligt drive og er god til at tilpasse dig nye situationer.
