As Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will be a strategic partner working closely with our CFO to lead, develop, and implement a long-term financial strategy aligned with Resurs's vision, goals and OKRs.

This is an important strategic and tactical role where you will significantly contribute to our ongoing growth and success.

You will be responsible for leading and developing our dedicated Business Controlling team, overseeing financial planning and analysis processes, management reporting, financial evaluations, and accounting components.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decisionmaking.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Continuously challenge the status quo and offer innovative solutions to streamline processes.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team.
• Present financial insights and reports to the executive team and board of directors.
• Act as a key liaison between the finance department and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Actively participate to create strategies in pricing and profitability analysis.

This role reports to the CFO & Head of IR and is part of the Finance operational management team.

This role requires weekly presence at our HQ in Helsingborg but can be placed in Malmö and Stockholm as well.

On a personal level

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic financial planning and/or business controlling, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Business acumen (e.g. knowledgeable in policies, practices, trends, technology, and information affecting the business)
• Experience from listed companies in the banking industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting tools.
• Knowledge of Data Management
• Knowledge in visualization techniques to illustrate financial data
• Experience from working in SAS, Oracle Planning and Power BI is an advantage
• Proactive, selfdriven, and capable of solving complex situations and making decisions.
• Strong leadership skills and a team player
