Your Skills and Experience:

  • A successful track record in consulting firms, including experience advising senior client stakeholders up to the C Level
  • Experience in crafting technology strategies for clients, with a focus on modern architectures
  • Experience managing globally distributed engineering teams of over 50 people
  • Excellent presentation, client pitching skills, and Agile Delivery experience
  • Understanding of key Retail/Consumer Products areas such as:
    • Online selling (web shop, mobile app, online payments)
    • Direct-to-Consumer & Marketplaces
    • Merchandising
    • Omnichannel logistics (home delivery, click & collect, returns)
    • In-store (POS systems, clientelling)
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale engineering transformation projects utilizing contemporary technologies and methodologies like:
    • Digital Customer Experience platforms
    • Ecommerce Platforms
    • CMS, Search, PIM, DAM, OMS
    • Java, JavaScript, and CSS for large-scale website development
    • DevSecOps/Automation (CI/CD) for large-scale delivery
    • Knowledge of Architecture and design of Headless approaches, API gateways, Microservices, iPaaS/ETL/ESB, Databases, and Big Data platforms
    • Cloud platform architectures (Azure, GCP, AWS)
    • Salesforce technology (Sales and Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, Heroku, etc.)
    • Big Data/Machine learning platforms
    • Quality Engineering
