Hvem er vi?

Skagen koncernen har eksisteret siden 1984 og kan hermed fejre 40-års jubilæum i år. Vi er en handlekraftig og uformel organisation, der lægger vægt på fællesskab og respekt for hinandens kompetencer. Dine primære arbejdsopgaver vil være:

- Planlægge og sikre, at der leveres det aftalte output, i forhold til både deadlines samt kvalitetskrav.
- Lede og motivere medarbejderne i din afdeling.
- Sikre et godt samarbejde med vores kunde samt interne afdelinger.
- Rapportere til Head of Production om resultater, udfordringer og fremskridt.
- Identificere og implementere forbedringer i arbejdsgangene.
- Ad hoc-administrative arbejdsopgaver.

- Der stiller op og går forrest, når det kræves.
- Bevarer overblikket - også i pressede situationer.
- Der er mødestabil.
- Er kvalitetsbevidst, detaljeorienteret og sætter en ære i at levere et godt stykke arbejde.
- Der har et godt kendskab til Excel.
- Kan kommunikere både mundtligt og skriftligt på engelsk.

Din baggrund kan være forskellig, men det er en fordel, hvis du har erfaring fra en lignende stilling. Som person er du udadvendt og serviceminded samtidig med, at du har gennemslagskraft og besidder en god kritisk sans. Sidst, men ikke mindst, er du positiv og har godt humør.
