We are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking GenAI Business Engagement Manager.

In this role, you will work closely with domain representatives and stakeholders, understanding their processes and challenges, and identifying opportunities to optimize business operations through GenAI.

Your Responsibilities

As our GenAI Business Engagement Manager, your main responsibility is to foster the adoption of GenAI across different business units

You will:

  • Develop and implement standardized frameworks for operations.
  • Engage directly with domain representatives and business stakeholders to understand their processes, goals, and opportunities for optimization through GenAI.
  • Develop comprehensive GenAI adoption roadmaps, ensuring clear milestones and timelines.
  • Consolidate individual roadmaps into a comprehensive groupwide business roadmap.
  • Secure the development of theme charters outlining the scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines for each GenAI project.
  • Maintain regular communication with business stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing concerns within your assigned area.
  • Coordinate activities with other GenAI Business Engagement Managers and ensure alignment with overall objectives and timelines.
  • Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to provide updates and ensure their support.

We're looking for a candidate with a solid understanding of GenAI technologies and their applications. Comprehensive analytical and business analysis skills are essential. You should have proven experience in developing and managing project roadmaps and business cases. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities are critical, as you'll be working with various stakeholders across the organization.
