What You'll Do:

Cisco Sales Associates Program (CSAP) is an extensive program that offers structured training and valuable on-the-job experience to nurture sales champions. Throughout the program, we will enhance your sales, technical, and communication skills. You will have the opportunity to gain insights into various sales areas through our Education Exposure Experience model. Your journey will involve understanding and positioning Cisco's architectures, solutions, products, and technologies to meet our customers' needs.

Your professional path will evolve within Cisco's Global Virtual Sales (GVS) team, which links Cisco customers with transformative solutions that drive business success and positive global impact.

As part of your role, you will establish enduring business connections with customers and Cisco partners. Collaborating closely with them, you will grasp their business strategies, identify new opportunities, and help them achieve their desired outcomes.

You'll collaborate with Solutions Engineers to articulate the advantages of our Cisco solutions to customers, leveraging our top-notch collaboration tools.

This role opens the door to diverse sales opportunities within Cisco as your career progresses.

While the journey may be challenging, it will push you to unleash your full potential. As part of your growth, you will earn industry-standard certifications, engage in customer simulations, and receive guidance to further develop your skills.

As a successful Associate Sales Representative (ASR), you will learn to identify, cultivate, and drive new opportunities for our customers in collaboration with Cisco partners. Additionally, you'll work with Cisco engineers to deliver technical solutions that enhance our customers' business outcomes.

You will benefit from the guidance of experts and coaches in a unique environment fuelled by cutting-edge technology. Your mentor, a CSAP alum, will provide valuable insights based on experience. With a dedicated Cisco team backing your success, you will gain practical education, competitive compensation, and pursue your career aspirations.

Who You Are:

  • Recent graduate in business/management or certified from a Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College, or Vocational School with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in a sales or IT consulting role.
  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a tech-centered startup or consultancy.
  • Fluency in English and Danish.
  • Passionate about technology and innovation.
  • Demonstrates a keen interest in building a long-term Sales career with Cisco.
  • Approaches challenges with an open mind, seizing growth opportunities.
  • Proficient in simplifying complex problems and thinking creatively to solve them.
  • Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset towards achieving success.
  • Authorization to live and work in Denmark independently, without company assistance.
