Dit mål? Meget enkelt: du gør vores medlemmer og kolleger super glade Swapfiets står for Service med et stort S. Du sørger for, at vores medlemmer i Odense oplever vores gode service hver dag. Du er frontløber, når det kommer til at levere service, og du er et godt eksempel for dit team.

Du er smøreolien, der sørger for, at kæden kører jævnt. Du er en leder, og du kan lide at begejstre folk omkring dig. Når det bliver travlt og hektisk, er du i stand til at håndtere problemer i butikken eller vores Swapbil, om det er en medarbejder der sov over sig eller en uventet snestorm. Du ved, hvordan du sælger vores fantastiske produkter, og du sørger for, at vores kunder går derfra med et smil på læben.

Dit ansvar

Du er ansvarlig for driften af butikken og servicebilen i Odense;

Ca. 60 % af dine time er operationelle, hvor du selv er i butikken eller bilen, og servicerer kunder eller reparerer cykler;

Du vil lede et team af ca. 10 ansatte og træne dem til at levere service på højt niveau;

Du står selv for rekruttering og ansættelser i samarbejde med HR;

Du driver lokale marketing- og partnerskabsaktiviteter for at opbygge Swapfiets brandet og vores kundebase (vi samarbejder f.eks. med Odense Boldklub og Heartland festival);

Du er ansigtet på Swapfiets i Odense og yder en fantastisk service til vores kunder;

Din profil
Du har et fantastisk kundefokus og forstår at sætte et smil på vores medlemmers ansigter;

Et solidt kendskab til cykler. Tidligere erfaring og/eller cykelmekaniker uddannelse er et plus;

Du kan arbejde selvstændigt men ved også hvordan man opbygger et stærkt team;

Du har det godt med din dag, når hvert medlem fik den service, de fortjente, og dit team var hårdtarbejdende og motiveret;

Med din hjælp ved alle, hvad de skal gøre. Du kommunikerer altid klart og ærligt;

Du har et godt lokalt netværk, som kan bruges ift. ansættelser men også lokale marketingfremstød;
