About the job
In this position, you will join our Marketing team as a Performance Marketing Manager (focused on LinkedIn Ads).
What's exciting about this job?
At Synthesia, we already have a lot of traffic, a highly-skilled paid ads team and a funnel that works. Now it's time to scale and further optimize our machine.
How will your day to day look like?
Managing day-to-day LinkedIn Add performance, analyzing performance, launching experiments, optimizing conversions rates, providing creatives feedback and constantly learning. We move very fast and prefer doing to talking.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience working in tech startups
- 4+ years managing LinkedIn Ads account (ideally experience managing 7-figure budgets)
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with measurement and reporting (worked with BI tools and great at visualizing data)
- Strong ad copywriting skills
- Experience and understanding of ad platforms (Meta, Paid Search, TikTok, YouTube)
- Understanding of SEO and landing page conversion optimization
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus
