Vil du være ansvarlig for at sætte og drive retningen for vores people-initiativer og talent attraction & acquisition? Vil du være med til at sikre sammenspillet mellem vores people-initiativer og forretningen med det formål, at vi sammen indfrier KF-strategien? Hvordan vil du præge fremtiden hos os? Du er vores primus motor på at udvikle og drive hele medarbejderrejsen. Dine ansvarsområder vil derfor være:

  • Talent Attraction & Acquisition: Design, optimér og supportér hele medarbejderrejsen fra employer branding & rekruttering til i sidste ende offboarding
  • People-initiativer: Udvikl, implementér og sikre værdiskabelse af processer og initiativer som fx Tjek Ind's (vores MUS-koncept), og engagementsmåling mv.
  • Kompetenceudvikling: Skab rammen for, hvordan vi skal drive kompetenceudvikling for både ledere og medarbejdere fremover
  • Strategisk HR og kultur: Hjælp med at omsætte og drive people-delen af KF-strategien og understøt KF's DNA og kultur - dét særlige som gør, at vi lykkes

Vores ambition er, at vi som HR er en værdiskabende partner for forretningen, som skaber lige præcis de processer og initiativer, som understøtter den rejse KF er på med den nuværende strategi.

Hvem er du? Du har prøvet kræfter med flere discipliner inden for HR, og:

  • Har lyst til at arbejde bredt inden for people-delen af HR og ved en masse om den brede people-pallette - og hvis du ikke selv kender svaret, har du greb til at blive klogere
  • Trives med at være vores specialist inden for dine ansvarsområder
  • Ser værdien i at være tæt på rekrutteringsprocessen, herunder evt. at give testtilbagemeldinger mv.
  • Ser det som et stort plus, at du ejer dit ansvarsområde fra ide, til design og implementering og vedligeholdelse
  • Holder dig ajour med de nyeste HR-trends - tendenser vi skal bygge vores support af organisationen oven på

Hvem er vi? Vi er et mindre HR-team, som hver dag arbejder for at gøre det ligetil at være medarbejder og leder i Købstædernes Forsikring. Vi supporter vores ca. 330 kollegaer med alle facetter af medarbejderrejsen; fra employer branding til off boarding inkl. udbetalingen af løn.

Nøglen til at lykkes er, at vi hjælper hinanden og tager et fælles ansvar for alle vores opgaver på tværs af medarbejderrejsen. Du vil opleve, at der er masser af opgaver på hylderne, som bare venter på at blive sat i gang, så har du særlige interesser eller kompetencer inden for andre dele af HR-spektret, er vi meget åbne for, om netop de opgaver kan blive en del af din portefølje på sigt.

Vi arbejder ud fra en Center of Excellence-model, hvilket betyder, at vi alle sparrer med ledere og medarbejdere inden for hver vores ansvarsområder. Alle i HR-teamet har reference til HR-chefen.

Vi er en overenskomstdækket virksomhed, og vægter vores gode samarbejde med tillidsrepræsentanterne højt.
