Too Good To Go bekæmper madspild med en digital løsning, der er verdens største online markedsplads for overskudsmad. Vi drømmer om en verden uden madspild, og vores mission er at inspirere alle til at være med i kampen mod madspild.

Vi er vokset hurtigt og bekæmper nu madspild i 17 lande, med mere end 1300+ ansatte. Sammen har vi reddet mere end 300 millioner måltider globalt. Men der er meget mere madspild at redde, og derfor har vi brug for ekstra kræfter til vores danske Team på Østerbro.

Gode partnerskaber er vigtige for os i kampen mod madspild og sammen med dem er vores mission at sikre, at alt madspild bliver reddet. Det gør vi gennem værdiskabende aktiviteter, baseret på data, for at sikre at vi hele tiden leverer de bedste værditilbud til vores partnere.

Stillingen:

I stillingen som Key Account Store Operations Specialist er man en del af Key Account teamet, med reference til vores Key Account Team Lead for Retail.

Dit ansvar som Key Account Store Operations Specialist er at udvikle det operationelle partnerskab med vores retail partnere, samt at skabe og implementere initiativer som skaber værdi for butikkerne og Too Good To Go, i rejsen mod at mindske madspildet i butikkerne. Dette vil ske i samarbejde med det øvrige Key Account team og Marketing.

Du vil have ansvaret for at varetage de gode relationer med butikkerne på tværs af kæderne. Det forventes at du er med til at drive udviklingen i partnerskabet og skabe nye muligheder for at optimere samarbejdet. Det betyder at du i samarbejde med Key Account Executive vil være ansvarlig for udviklingen og implementering af tiltag i butikkerne, optimering af processer og implementering af Trade Marketing initiativer. Tal, data og analyser vil være en stor del af din hverdag, og det forventes, at du er stærk til at arbejde med data, så du kan strukturere dine indsatser for at skabe de bedste resultater i kampen for at mindske madspild.

Din hverdag vil være en blanding af telefonisk kontakt med butikkerne (dagligt), butiksbesøg i hele Danmark (ca. 1-2 gang ugentligt), hvor du hjælper butikkerne med at aktivere Too Good To Go endnu bedre i hverdagen.

Som Key Account Store Operations Specialist forventes det, at du har en god kommerciel forståelse, at du er en stærk kommunikator på telefon og kan skabe gode personlige relationer til vores partner. Du har en høj eksekveringskraft, naturlig can-do attitude og er ikke bange for at tage fat på alle typer opgaver.

Arbejdsopgaver:

Daglig opfølgning i Salesforce hvor der kommer notifikationer, oftest via kald til butikkerne.
Udarbejde og lede operationelle projekter i butikkerne implementering af POS materiale)
Være ansvarlig for onboarding af nye butikker samt træning af personale hos eksisterende partnere.
Ansvarlig for at flere butikker i kæden bliver en del af Too Good To Go, mål sætter vi løbende.
Servicekald til butikkerne udvalgt fra optimeringsanalyser.
Deltage på butikschefsmøder efter aftale med kæderne.
Udarbejde træningsmateriale til butikkerne efter behov.
Arbejde med kædernes spild data, og vores data til at rådgive butikkerne.
Implementering og koordinering af salgsfremmende aktiviteter.
Planlægning i samarbejde med Key Accounts Executive af både korte og langsigtede strategier for egne partnere.
Rådgivning, ide- og løsnings generering på madspilds området og hele tiden sikre at udarbejde det bedste værdi tilbud til butikkerne.
Opfølgning på salgsaktiviteter og indfri egne KPI'er.
Sikre optimale arbejdsgange og løsninger for vores partnere, selvstændigt og i samarbejde med resten af teamet.
At udvikle langsigtede samarbejder med butikkerne i din portfolio.

Om dig og dine kvalifikationer:

Du har et indgående kendskab til det daglige arbejde i dansk retail, enten har du arbejdet med dem eller hos dem. Du kan inspirere og influere vores partnere og sammen med dem skabe de bedste løsninger for at mindske madspildet i butikkerne. Du brænder igennem med dine budskaber både på telefon og til møder og er ikke bleg for at stille dig op foran større forsamlinger for at tale om Too Good To Go.

Kvalifikationer:

Erfaring med salg og gerne fra en rolle hvor du har arbejdet med retail.
Du er en stærk kommunikator og kan få dit budskab igennem både på telefon og ved fysiske møder.
Du forstår at skabe løsninger til de udfordringer vores partnere møder i butikkerne.
Du skal kunne lide at blive udfordret og kunne udfordre status quo, hvis du ser muligheder der vil gavne vores team og mission.
Du skal kunne arbejde struktureret og være god til at jonglere med flere forskellige projekter på samme tid.
Du er en teamspiller og en aktiv medspiller i at nå vores mål i fællesskab.
Du trives i et miljø med højt tempo og forandringer.
En bonus hvis du har erfaring med Googles produkter såsom mail, sheets, slides osv.
