Lige nu leder vi efter en serviceminded og skarp dansktalende Customer Care Assistent til vores Customer Care team i Danmark. En af vores vigtigste opgaver er at hjælpe vores medlemmer, når de har brug for det, og det er vigtigt for os, at vi konsekvent leverer den bedste service. Du skal derfor være god til at lytte, mægle og effektivt løse alle slags henvendelser fra vores medlemmer.
Stillingen er fuldtid, og timerne vil primært ligge i hverdagene indenfor vores åbningstid fra kl Arbejdet vil finde sted fra vores skønne hovedkontor i indre København.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver vil være at: Supportere og rådgive vores medlemmer med alle slags henvendelser Hjælpe og løse komplekse sager i samarbejde med vores forsikringspartner Hjælpe vores medlemmer med at blive endnu bedre brugere af GoMore Validere nye og eksisterende medlemmer Ad hoc opgaver der forbedrer arbejdsgange i teamet og den generelle kundeoplevelseDine kvalifikationer: Du kan kommunikere klart på dansk og engelsk i tale og skrift Du har tidligere erfaring med kundeservice Du har gode kommunikative evner og forstår at gøre komplekse ting lette at forstå Du formår at møde vores medlemmer i øjenhøjde, på en empatisk og venlig måde Du har gåpåmod og følger altid alle dine opgaver til dørs Du er en holdspiller, men kan også arbejde selvstændigt
