Hvad er en Research Consultant hos Wilke

Din hverdag vil være på vores kontor i Gråbrødrepassagen midt i Odense sammen med dine gode kollegaer. Her er vi forskellige faglige profiler, der sammen arbejder på at give vores kunder de bedste indsigter og anbefalinger baseret på data og analyse.

Du vil få en grundig introduktion til vores programmer, datahåndtering, projektledelse m.m. og opbygge viden gennem sparring med dine kollegaer i afdelingen og på tværs af Wilkes andre kompetencer. Du vil derfor løbende få mulighed for at specialisere dig inden for det område, du finder mest interessant – f.eks. databehandling, story telling, visualization, automation eller andet.

Disse opgaver kommer du til at løse:

Som Research Consultant spænder opgaverne bredt og opgavernes indhold vil variere fra projekt til projekt. Dit primære ansvar vil bl.a. indebære

Gennemføre dataindsamling i ind- og udlandRådgive internt og eksternt med udgangspunkt i data og kundens forretningsmæssige prioriteterVære projektleder på egne projekter og sikre fremdrift og overholdelse af deadlinesDatabehandling i Q, SPSS og Excel Opgavernes indhold vil variere fra projekt til projekt men altid med udgangspunkt i data. Det vil være dit ansvar, at projekterne gennemføres på bedste vis, og at alle deadlines i projektforløbet overholdes. Som Research Consultant spiller du en central rolle i organisationen, hvor du er et vigtigt bindeled mellem kollegaer på tværs i Wilke.

Formiddagen bruges på at du forbereder dig til opstartsmøde på et nyt projekt, der skal gennemføres i flere europæiske markeder for en kunde, der gerne vil ekspandere deres produktserie.Inden frokost gør du status på igangværende projekter og sikrer, at dataindsamlingen på alle undersøgelser forløber som planlagtFrokost foregår sammen med dine kollegaer, hvor der altid er mulighed for et godt grinEfter frokost skal der opsættes og testes skema på en ny undersøgelse, måske for en kunde i den finansielle sektor eller legetøjsproducentSidst på eftermiddagen sender du en status ud til resten af projektteamet på et projekt, hvor målgruppen for studiet kan være svær at nå. Derfor planlægger du et møde morgenen efter, hvor I sammen laver en plan for den videre proces.
