Join us in this role where you'll be a key player in the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) which is fundamental for ensuring that we do projects right and have the right projects in our QHSE project portfolio. In your role, you'll support our QHSE projects and digital tools and sometimes step in as a project manager in our projects.

You'll be part of our QHSE PMO team where you, together with your colleagues, will support portfolio and project management within QHSE. We have done a step-change into the digital world and have implemented digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and Power Apps to streamline data analysis, reporting, and process automation within project management. As a team, we have an informal working culture, and we do a lot of networking within the business.

You'll play an important role in:

  • supporting development of portfolio and projects from strategic initiatives, to fully planned QHSE projects
  • being responsible for project training sessions for project managers and project owners
  • coaching and mentoring project owners and project managers, ensuring that our internal project contracts are of high quality
  • supporting and further developing our digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and Power Apps
  • taking on the role as project manager when needed.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are a people person and are adept at building relationships with a diverse range of global stakeholders
  • have a recognised project, programme, and portfolio management qualification, e.g., PRINCE2, MSP, MoP, PMP, etc.
  • have experience using Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps
  • have experience as project manager
  • have an analytic mindset and can make complex information easily understandable
  • have advanced knowledge and experience with the MS Office Suite.
