Jobbet

Som Senior Quality Engineer er det dit mål at højne kvalitetsniveauet i vores komponentfabrik. Du skal i samarbejde med dine kolleger initiere optimerings- og kvalitetsprojekter på tværs af fabrikken, samt definere og drive langsigtede og komplekse kvalitetsinitiativer. Du vil få en central rolle i vores kvalitetsteam som sparringspartner og support for dine kolleger ved større kvalitetsudfordringer i produktionen. Derudover forventes du at kunne træne organisationen i diverse kvalitets-redskaber ved behov.

Specifikke opgaver:

  • Definere de kvalitetsinitiativer, der skal bidrage til udvikling af produkt kvalitet og kvalitetskulturen i produktionsområderne
  • Bidrage til at opretholde vores ISO 9001 certificering – bl.a. ved at indgå i vores interne auditor team og som gate keeper på nye/opdaterede kvalitets standarder.
  • Drive forbedringer af Q-KPI'er
  • Træne og støtte kolleger i analyseværktøjer, herunder bl.a. 8D, 5xWHY og PPS

Du vil være placeret på vores komponentfabrik (Rustfri) beliggende i Bjerringbro, hvor du vil referere til fabrikkens Quality Manager, Maria J. Christensen.

Din baggrund

Vi søger en person, som er proaktiv og kan træffe velbegrundede beslutninger uden at miste fremdriften i opgaven. Du er ansvarsfuld, vedholdende og kan lide at gå forrest for at få tingene til at ske. Du er ligeledes god til at samarbejde og engagere folk, og kan kommunikere med kolleger på alle niveauer i organisationen.

Det er en fordel, hvis du har en Audit uddannelse samt kendskab til produktion og forståelse for proceskontrol. Derudover forestiller vi os, at du:

  • Er Ingeniør eller har en lignende teknik uddannelse
  • Har flere års erfaring fra en tilsvarende stilling i en produktionsvirksomhed
  • Har erfaring med kvalitet og brugen af kvalitetsværktøjer såsom six sigma, P-FMEA, kontrolplaner, etc.
  • Har god IT-forståelse, og gerne erfaring med SAP
  • Har dansk- og engelskkundskaber på et højt niveau
