Do you want to be part of a launch in an area of high unmet need? Come and join our newly created Nordic-Baltic team The Brand and Customer Manager (BCM) – Chronic Cough is responsible for achieving financial, strategic and executional objectives in the Nordic Markets. You will be responsible for defining and implementing the marketing and promotional strategies and activities to support the growth of our portfolio.

You will report to the Nordic-Baltic Cluster Franchise Lead, Infectious Diseases and Chronic Cough.

The BCM acts as the brand planning lead for the cross-functional team ensuring close cross-functional collaboration together with our Key Account Manager, External Affairs, Medical and other functions in local markets. You are driven by learning and iterating, working to create, update and improve our brand plan and Objective Key Results (OKRs).

As a BCM, you will have an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and address stakeholder needs to drive the business forward. You are expected to actively engage with customers and key stakeholders (in person and virtually) to deeply understand their needs, gather insights, and build strong relationships driving strategic brand development and market success.

Primary activities and Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

  • Translate global product strategy into local priorities, driving continuous development and iteration of brand plans aligned with OKRs. Embrace an agile approach utilizing OKRs within the strategic planning framework. Commit to continuous learning and improvement, refining approaches based on feedback and data insights.
  • Market Understanding: Analyze local market trends and identify commercial opportunities to develop the overall marketing strategy. Allocate resources and manage budgets to execute marketing plans effectively.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Integrate data, insights, and measurement throughout the marketing framework to inform decision-making and evaluate outcomes. Develop a data gap plan to gather necessary data where it is lacking.

Drive Performance, Project Management and Collaboration:

  • Accountable for the development and delivery of the marketing strategy and tactics to achieve performance goals and objectives. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives and make necessary adjustments for optimal results.
  • Act as a strong project manager and collaborator, guiding the cross-functional team and aligning them around global strategy. Work cross-functionally within the strategic planning framework to ensure alignment towards a common goal and clearly define everyone's roles to facilitate effective collaboration and contribution.
  • Lead the execution of projects across the organization, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and communication.
  • Understand the specific challenges and restrictions of operating within the healthcare industry. Explore new approaches and innovative solutions while adhering to strict ethical codes of conduct and local regulations per country and Our Company standards.

Stakeholder Focus and Customer Engagements:

  • Actively engage with customers and key stakeholders (in person and virtually) to deeply understand their needs, gather insights, and build strong relationships to drive market success.
  • From understanding the needs and perspectives of patients and other external stakeholders, tailor marketing efforts that improve patients' health and well-being and work with healthcare professionals to access the product for patients.
  • Work together with Medical Affairs to provide critical customer insights and a coordinated approach to the implementation of promotional and non-promotional field-based activities, and you ensure customer interactions are reported/captured in adherence to our standard processes.

Experience & Competencies:

  • Strong strategic and executional acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Marketing or Project Management experience in healthcare settings (e.g., pharma, biotech) or Strategy consultancy.
  • Strong analytical skills and substantial marketing experience incorporating strategic planning and execution.
  • Confident in coaching cross-functional teams in strategic exercises such as strategic planning, Digital Data & Analytics (DD&A), omnichannel, and customer journeys.
  • Strong project leadership skills to informally lead and execute projects across stakeholders and channels.
  • Proficient in digital marketing strategies, data analysis, and leveraging insights effectively.
  • Exceptional customer focus, building effective relationships with scientific leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and open mindset for driving innovation and adapting to changes in healthcare delivery.
  • Financial acumen in revenue and volume goal development and budget management.
  • Experience and knowledge of respiratory diseases is preferred.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, project management, and digital effectiveness tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
