To achieve our ambition, we are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our Cardiovascular - Renal - Metabolic (CVRM) team in Denmark.

The role

As a Sales manager you will be the leader and the role model in the team, evolve new ways of working together with a group of Key Account managers in Denmark. You will collaborate with colleagues in the sales leadership team and secure Cross-functional work with other functions, including Marketing, Medical and Market Access.

You will actively facilitate the growth and development of the CVRM business in collaboration with the team members and facilitate an OMNI business transformation. As part of this you will be updated on the development of the health political environment – both on a regional and national level. You will secure that the virtual concepts and pilots are quickly scaled up and strategically aligned with the brand strategical and operational plans and key target customers (Cards, Endos, Nephs, and Nurses).

From a team perspective, you are a confident leader who coaches and inspires the sales team to innovate and compete effectively through internal & external cross-functional collaboration. The Nordic Sales Manager supports and joins the team to optimize the customer experience by engaging and improving our customers’ face to face and digital journey. From a team perspective you will develop, implement, and evaluate the account management plans in collaboration with the team.

In this role, you are responsible for leading local strategic- & tactical processes, such as defining national plans, account management plans, segmentation and targeting, etc. Furthermore, you ensure that forecasts are met and budget allocation is managed in line with planned activity execution. The role reports to the Business Unit head CVRM, is field-based and is located in Denmark.

Essential Skills/Experience:

In order to be a successful candidate, you should have a business mindset with a strong track-record from sales. Strong leadership attributes to set direction, generate commitment, balance short- and long-term needs and constructively resolve issues are also important skills for success.

Other qualifications needed:

Academic degree or equivalent, commercial or healthcare background. Experience within specialty care is a desirable criteria.

Good understanding of the ethical code and compliance requirements, culminating in a certification

Proven leadership skills – be able to lead in change

Proven Account management experience

New way of working (OMNI) experience

Ability and willingness to travel within the region and broader according to project needs
