Som Finance Manager vil du aflaste vores CFO og lede afdelingens tre regnskabsmedarbejdere. Du vil spille en central rolle i virksomhedens økonomifunktion, som fungerer som Shared Servicecenter for vores tre datterselskaber i Norge, Sverige og Tyskland.

Ansvarsområder:

Bogholderi og regnskab: Fuld ansvar for financial controlling og rapportering.
Compliance: Sikre overholdelse af gældende lovgivning og rapporteringsfrister inden for moms, ESG/bæredygtighed m.m.
Månedsregnskab og budgetproces: Sikre korrekt månedsregnskab, drive budgetproces, videreudvikle Activity Based Costing (ABC) og rullende forecast.
Daglig ledelse og sparring: Lede og udvikle økonomiafdelingen i samarbejde med CFO.
Effektivisering: Løbende effektivisering via AI og RPA-teknologi.
Tværfaglige projekter: Involvering i projekter og backup på væsentlige områder.

Om dig:

Har en stærk regnskabsfaglig baggrund.
Har solid erfaring med ERP-systemer. Vi anvender Microsoft D365 Finance & Operation og Power BI.
Trives med ansvar og motiveres af at skabe struktur og sikre korrekt datagrundlag.
Er proaktiv og nysgerrig i forhold til ny viden og kompleks lovgivning.
Arbejder systematisk og selvstændigt.
Har gode relationelle kompetencer og er datadrevet med en løsningsorienteret tilgang.
Ideelt set har en nylig færdiggjort bachelorgrad i regnskab, HD-R eller samt 3-5 års erfaring fra en økonomi-/finansfunktion i en mellemstor handelsvirksomhed eller revisionsbranchen.
