Med reference til Manager of Assembly, bliver du en drivkraftig nøglespiller i denne nyoprettede stilling. Med afsæt i din praktiske LEAN-erfaring, får du ansvaret for at optimere på en bred vifte af parametre, der alle medvirker til en driftssikker produktion, særligt med fokus på effektivitet, udvikling, kvalitet og output.

Ansvarsområder
Din hverdag vil have et naturligt flow, hvor du analyserer data, identificerer tendenser og udfordringer, og omsætter dem til handlingsplaner, som du driver gennem projektledelse. Du trives i en struktureret hverdag, hvor planlægning og kontrol af dine indsatser i produktionsområdet er afgørende. Du har en solid indsigt i at drive projekter og forandringsprocesser med det formål at øge produktiviteten og reducere omkostningerne.

Sammen med din leder skal du koordinere tværfaglige projekter med andre teams i organisationen, herunder Purchase, Warehouse, vores Production Engineering Center, Quality og Technology. Du er erfaren i at samarbejde med flere fagområder, og du indtræder naturligt i en faglig stærk og troværdig rolle under hele processen.
Om dig
Vi leder efter en kandidat med en bachelor- eller kandidatgrad inden for ingeniørfaget, produktionsteknologi eller tilsvarende, samt 3-10 års erfaring inden for produktion, ideelt set inden for projektmontage.

Du skal have erfaring med procesoptimering, problemanalyse samt implementering af forbedrende indsatser. Det er afgørende, du har erfaring med LEAN. Erfaring med Six Sigma vil være en fordel, men ikke et krav.
Vi forventer, du har gode kommunikationsevner, er udadvendt og lyttende med naturlige evner til at inddrage dine kollegers input på en konstruktiv måde. Du tager ejerskab og træffer tydelige beslutninger baseret på en holistisk forståelse for en produktionsvirksomhed med et globalt marked.
