Du skal være med til at udfolde PFA's nye investeringsstrategi
Du bliver en del af PFA Ejendomme. Vi har ansvar for PFA koncernens investeringer i fast ejendom og har dermed stor betydning for PFA og PFA's kunder. Du skal være med til at sætte fart på PFA's nye investeringsstrategi, der bl.a. handler om at gennemføre køb og salg af ejendomme i Danmark og i udlandet. Du kan se frem til en varieret hverdag og samarbejde med de dygtigste i branchen i et team, hvor vi har fokus på at have overblikket over markedet, mulighederne og opgaverne. Din arbejdsdage bliver spændende og varierer mellem koncentreret research og analyse samt eksekvering af køb og salg til udadvendte aktiviteter som møder med eksterne partnere og lejlighedsvise rejser til bl.a. Hong Kong, Japan og USA.

Dine nøgleopgaver er at:

  • udvælge og gennemføre køb og salg i tæt samarbejde med portefølje managers og eksterne rådgivere
  • håndtere refinansieringer
  • processtyre ESG og øvrige data internt i PFA
  • varetage porteføljemanagement af internationale ejendomsinvesteringer
  • deltage i udviklingen af investeringsstrategien.

Du har erfaring med ejendomsinvesteringer
Vi søger dig, der:

  • har fire-fem års erfaring med ejendomsinvesteringer eller erfaring med ejendomstransaktioner – fx fra en mæglervirksomhed
  • kan arbejde selv med komplekse opgaver og komme i mål
  • vil trives med at rejse fire-fem gange om året.
