YOUR TEAM & ROLE
With reference to the Sales Director of JACK & JONES, you will work strategically with your management team and the markets, representing JJXX.
You will be driving a sales organisation and your own management team in HQ. You will join a strong and established international sales management team in one of Europe's biggest and most well-founded clothing brands. You will work in close cooperation with the sales organisation in the markets, and your focus is on creating growth in all our sales channels. You impact the performance with some of the largest key accounts and onliners in the world.
A big part of the job is to secure a smooth operation and pave the way through a strong cooperation with the Country Directors and Sales Managers globally.
YOUR JOB
You will have wide international reach, supporting the Country Sales Managers, and your primary responsibility will be to create growth in all our markets and to develop the market position within our segment.
Specifically, your tasks will be to:
Develop the sales strategies, define objectives and ensure execution Lead and inspire the international sales team Train the sales team in product knowledge and sales competencies Build and maintain close relations to our business partners and B2B customers Close cooperation with our local JJXX offices around the world Run and create strategic decisions Develop your local and international organisation with our GET FLYING Human Collection program QUALIFICATIONS Several years of experience with international sales, sales management and export trading - preferably from a similar position A proven track record within strategic sales in the textile industry, including training and development of employees Solid experience within Key Account Management Solid business understanding and an analytic toolbox to follow up on performance Knowledge of the fashion industry, store operations and B2B sales Excellent understanding of financial key figures Fluent English skills, written and spoken. You possess a high personal drive, making you a role model for your colleagues.
