Da vores Accounting team er vækstet i takt med virksomheden, søger vi nu to Managers, som får personaleledelse for 6-8 medarbejdere hver og samtidig vil varetage en rolle som regnskabsansvarlig.

Du bliver en del af Accounting teamet, som består af 25 kollegaer inklusiv fem studentermedhjælpere, som alle arbejder fra vores kontor i Søborg. Teamet består hovedsageligt af erfarne profiler med +10 års erfaring indenfor regnskab og økonomi, og de refererer i dag alle til Senior Manager, Head of Accounting, Denmark. Vi værdsætter godt kollegaskab og en god joke med efterfølgende grin. Vi sparrer med hinanden og udnytter vores forskelligheder og kompetencer. Vi er "in it together".

Accounting teamet er en del af en engageret og motiveret finansafdeling med i ca. 100 kollegaer globalt, hvor du især vil arbejde tæt sammen med kollegaer i Financial Controlling og Business Finance.

Da Accounting teamet har vokset sig stort indenfor de sidste par år, søger vi nu en Manager med direkte reference til Head of Accounting, Denmark. Det er en nyoprettet stilling, hvor du vil få personaleansvar for 6-8 medarbejdere.

Desuden vil du agere regnskabsansvarlig for en lille portefølje af selskaber, inklusiv håndtering af bogholderi fra A-Z. Vi er også i fuld gang med at migrere fra Navision til Business Central samt optimere og automatisere eksisterende forretningsgange, og i den proces kan du spille en vigtig rolle, hvis det motiverer dig.

  • Du står til rådighed for medarbejderne i dit team ift. faglig sparring og personlig udvikling, herunder bl.a. at holde 1-1 og udviklingssamtaler
  • Du er regnskabsansvarlig for nogle få selskaber i koncernen, herunder daglig bogføring, finansielle afstemninger, og momsafstemning, indberetning og kontrol
  • Du yder forretningsmæssig support til projektafdelingen
  • Du samarbejder tæt med kollegaer i Finans og andre afdelinger internt samt eksterne revisorer og konsulenter
  • Du supporterer på oprettelse af nye selskaber, herunder opsætning af bankkonti og skatteregistreringer
Forudsætninger for at trives i jobbet

Desuden, forestiller vi os at du:

  • Du har erfaring med at være faglig team lead eller personaleleder for et team
  • Du har et godt kendskab til dansk moms og danske regnskabsregler. Gerne også kendskab til IFRS
  • Du har en teoretisk uddannelse indenfor regnskab, fx på bachelorniveau
  • Du er erfaren bruger af Excel og Power BI
  • Du har gerne kendskab til Navision/Business Central og invoice workflow
  • Du får mulighed for at arbejde med mange afvekslende arbejdsopgaver og komplekse problemstillinger
  • Du får faglig sparring med mange erfarne kollegaer på tværs af teamet og hele finansafdelingen
  • Du får rig mulighed for at engagere dig socialt med dine kollegaer både i teamet og på tværs af afdelinger, igennem f.eks. fredagsbarer, i fitnesscenteret, i løbeklubben, til funktionel træning, til mountainbike events eller i køkkenet, hvor du kan nyde en god barista kaffe
  • Det er vigtigt for os at vores medarbejdere kan få arbejdet til at gå op med privatlivet, og derfor tilbyder vi fleksible arbejdstider samt mulighed for at arbejde hjemmefra en-to dage om ugen
