Styring og proceskoordinering af opgaver og henvendelser i Technology

Stillingen er forankret i CTO-Office, som er et tværgående kontor for Technology området i Telenor. CTO-Office har ansvaret for frembringelsen af nye ideer til produkter. Vi sikrer sammenhænge i opgaveløsningen på tværs af forretningen og har en stor snitflade til mange afdelinger og kollegaer både i Telenor Danmark og i Norden.

Som Process and Project Manager bliver du indgangsdøren til Technology, hvor du får ansvaret for at håndtere og tage imod de henvendelser, som lander hos os. Du ved, hvordan processerne fungerer, og kan assistere brugerne med at få opgaverne registreret i vores systemer. Du bliver ansvarlig for at udvikle og vedligeholde en procesmodel, som sikrer et lettilgængeligt overblik over status og fremdrift på opgaverne.

Du formår at få opgaverne prioriteret og igangsat ude i organisationen. Nogle gange handler det om at ekspedere opgaverne videre til de rette kollegaer, som kan handle på dem, mens du har den koordinerende rolle i at følge op og holde relevante interessenter informeret om processen. Andre gange bliver du bindeleddet og ansvarlig projektleder, hvilket kræver, du kan engagere de relevante personer til den rette tid og rette delopgave, samt at du følger op og sikrer fremdrift, så projektet bliver løbet helt i mål. Hele tiden har du forretningen og supportdelen for øje. Øvrige mindre opgaver i stillingen er vedligeholdelse af et idekatalog til fremtidens produkter i Telenor, support til architecture samt diverse månedlige rapporteringsopgaver.

En stjerne i at skabe struktur og overblik med styr på detaljerne

Vi forestiller os, at den ideelle kandidat finder det nemt at skabe struktur og overblik over mange opgaver og projekter samtidig. Det er en koordinerende rolle, hvor der skal være styr på alle detaljerne og hele tiden et øje på processerne, så deadlines bliver overholdt og forretningens behov bliver mødt. Du motiveres af at være en support til kollegaerne og eksterne samarbejdspartnere, hvor du er opsøgende og har en løsningsorienteret tilgang til dialogen. Da du også vil deltage i udviklingsprojekter med vores nordiske kolleger forventer vi, at du kan begå dig på engelsk.

Din uddannelsesmæssige baggrund og dit erfaringsniveau er ikke væsentligt. Det vigtigste er, at du kan arbejde med processer og opgaver i et spændingsfelt mellem Technology og forretningen. Det tekniske aspekt i opgaverne interesserer dig, og du ønsker at udvide din forståelse for området. Du har måske arbejdet som koordinator eller assisteret projekter og processer før, og du har et ønske om at få et selvstændigt ansvar for at koordinere processer og drive mindre projekter i mål.
