FabrikschefBæredygtig produktion – Hands-on ledelse – Vækstorienteret virksomhed

Er du en dynamisk og balanceret leder, der motiveres af at kombinere hands-on drift med strategisk udvikling? Bliv Fabrikschef hos DAVA Foods i Hadsund og få ansvaret for en stabil og effektiv produktion i en virksomhed med en klar vision om bæredygtighed og innovation. Du vil spille en nøglerolle i at drive optimeringsinitiativer, udvikle medarbejdere og sikre, at produktionen lever op til høje kvalitets- og sikkerhedsstandarder.

Du vil referere direkte til COO og få mulighed for at sætte dit præg på produktionen i en virksomhed i vækst. Med ansvar for drift, udvikling og optimering af vores produktionsfaciliteter får du en central rolle i at sikre kontinuerlig udvikling og skabe værdi for kunderne. Dine ansvarsområder inkluderer bl.a.:

  1. Overordnet ledelse af daglige produktionsaktiviteter: Overvåge og styre produktionen for at sikre, at produktionsmål og kvalitetsstandarder opnås.
  2. Udvikling og implementering af produktionsstrategier: Fokus på løbende optimering af produktionsprocesser og effektiv ressourceanvendelse.
  3. Daglig ledelse af Supply Chain Organisation: Herunder transport- og logistikchef, teknisk chef og driftsledere.
  4. Lede og motivere medarbejdere: Med fokus på synlighed, hands-on ledelse, morgenmøder og MUS-samtaler.
  5. Sikre overholdelse af kvalitets- og sikkerhedsstandarder: Aktiv deltagelse i HACCP og certificeringer.
  6. Ansvar for effektiv drift af produktionsudstyr: Planlægning og styring af kapacitet med fokus på automation for at imødekomme kundebehov.
  7. Ansvar og evne til at implementere datadrevne forbedringer og nye systemer: Fx ved brug af Power BI.

For at få succes i rollen er du en erfaren leder med en solid erfaring fra en lignende rolle. Vi forestiller os, at du har:

  1. Indgående kendskab til kortsigtet planlægning i produktionsmiljøer med stramme deadlines – herunder leverance til detail eller FMCG-markedet. Det er en fordel hvis du har erfaring med fødevareproduktion.
  2. Dokumenteret ledelseserfaring og evne til at skabe engagement og motivation.
  3. Erfaring med digitalisering og datadrevet beslutningstagning.
  4. Praktisk erfaring med kvalitetsstyring og processoptimering.
  5. Stærke IT-kompetencer- det anses som en væsentlig fordel hvis du har erfaring med Navision og Power BI.

Du er en struktureret og innovativ leder med en hands-on tilgang til drift og ledelse. Samtidig er du en dygtig kommunikator, der kan skabe tillid og engagement på tværs af organisationen. Du er resultatorienteret og har en naturlig evne til at balancere daglig drift med strategisk udvikling.

Stillingen er placeret i Hadsund, og vi forventer, at du bor inden for en hensigtsmæssig afstand (maks. 45 minutters kørsel). Du skal være forberedt på at der kan forekomme begrænset rejseaktivitet i forbindelse med projekter, koordinering med selskabets øvrige produktionsenheder (SE, FI, NO, EE), besøg på relevante messer samt leverandørbesøg.
