Job Description
As an Associate Analyst, you will collaborate closely with experienced consultants on client projects, contributing to HR strategy and transformation initiatives for multinational corporations. Additionally, you will support business development efforts and contribute to internal initiatives such as employer branding and learning programs based on your interests and background.

Many of our Associate Analysts transition to full-time consultants upon completing their studies, making this role an excellent first step for those aspiring to a career in people-centred management consulting.

In this role, you will make an impact by:
  1. Collaborating with your team to analyse the current situation for clients and applying Deloitte's best-practice frameworks in order to solve clients' challenges.
  2. Working closely with clients, management teams, and stakeholders through interviews, meetings, and workshops.
  3. Conducting research, data collection, and analysis to provide valuable insights to clients.
  4. Supporting colleagues with the preparation of client material and workshops.
Qualifications
Your area of study (project management, HRM, IT, etc.) is not the most important factor to us. We are more interested in your strong analytical skills combined with an engaged, structured, and curious personality, as well as your deep interest in HR transformations and strategic approaches to organisational topics.

Further, we pay attention to the following aspects:
  1. You are in the final year of your bachelor's or pursuing a master's degree or equivalent experience with excellent academic results.
  2. Proficiency in English is required; Danish is advantageous but not mandatory.
  3. You must be officially enrolled in a study program in Denmark by the start of September 2025.
What you bring to the team:
  1. A strong desire to make a difference for our clients and colleagues.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, enabling you to work both independently and collaboratively.
  3. A proactive attitude that thrives in complex and dynamic environments.
  4. Experience in consulting, project management, or human resources is beneficial but not essential.
  5. Experience in participating in transformation initiatives and driving independent small-scale activities is a plus.

Interview process

Our recruitment process involves three stages. In the first interview, you will be asked to demonstrate your problem-solving skills through a short case study and share insights about yourself, your passion for HR Transformation and Consulting, including people strategy, processes, and digitalisation. The second interview will include a case assignment and an assessment of your personal attributes conducted by HR. The final stage will be a meeting with our People Lead.
