Your responsibility areas
In your role as Service Manager, you analyze the business requirements, coordinate within the IT organization and are jointly responsible for fulfilling the agreed scope. Further tasks are:

• Manage the design, build and operation of assigned software solutions for the assigned business unit
• Budget responsibility for the IT services in the scope of application
• Translate the business requirements to be implemented in the assigned software solution
• Provide best practice input to fundamental decisions on the tool setup and operating model
• Managing integrations with NKT's IT landscape
• Regular interactions with suppliers and end users, shaping the underlying product roadmap to suit NKT's requirements

Your profile

• Successfully completed relevant studies, ideally with a focus on civil engineering, information technology, or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT project management
• Knowledge of construction / construction processes desirable
• Service-oriented thinking with proven dialogue with the end-user community
• Ability to interact with the IT organization, management, key stakeholders and end-users at all levels of the business
• Language skills: English (mandatory), German (optional), Swedish (optional)
