Job Summary

We are looking for a Head of Controlling & Reporting Nordics to join our team in Copenhagen. This role involves overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Nordics region.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Producing high-quality financial reports, analyzing data, and creating action plans to meet company objectives.
  • Supervising a local controlling team and acting as a liaison with management and support teams.
  • Preparing key processes such as annual budgeting and statutory accounts.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Mastery of insurance related accounting.
  • Expertise in business context and regulatory environment.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant controlling/reporting management roles in a comparable environment.
  • Audit experience is a plus (ideally 4 years).
