På vegne af vores kunde REMONDIS A/S, søger vi en KAM som motiveres af at identificere og opbygge nye kunder og samarbejdspartnere, samt udvikle og vedligeholde en stærk pipeline af eksisterende kunder i DK. Din hverdag
Med base på deres hovedkontor i Ishøj bliver du en del af deres salgsafdeling med fokus på større B2B-kunder, både regionalt og på landsdækkende aftaler. Salgsteamet er dedikeret og erfarne, med højt humør og god energi. Samarbejdet på tværs af alle afdelinger er tæt, og med det fælles mål om at levere den bedste service og højeste kvalitet til kunderne. Du vil opleve daglig god sparring og et tæt samarbejde med salgschefen, og din on-boarding er allerede klar, så du får den bedst mulige start.

Hvad ligger der bl.a. i rollen?
Du får ansvar for tilbudsproces og udbud på Key Account kunder, herunder beregninger, kvalitative beskrivelser og overdragelse til drift, når kontrakten er vundet.

  • Løbende evaluering på kontraktens indhold og optimering af løsningen i tæt samarbejde med kunden og vores driftsafdeling, samt sikre en kontinuerlig kontakt med kunden med henblik på optimering af serviceydelsen.
  • Deltage i offentlige udbud, herunder:
  • opstille kalkulationer.
  • opstille og beskrive kvalitative værdier.
  • Tæt samarbejde med andre miljøkonsulenter i regionen.

Vi leder efter dig som:
Forstår at du både er kundens, driftens og REMONDIS A/S ambassadør og har erfaring med håndtering af erhvervskunder med øje for service. Derudover:

  • Minimum 3 års erfaring med Key Accounts, herunder forhandling af komplekse- og udfordrende kontrakter.
  • En bachelorgrad gerne indenfor afsætning og økonomi.
  • Behersker dansk og engelsk i skrift og tale – tysk vil være en gave.
  • Løsningsorienteret, tillidsvækkende, ydmyg og loyal overfor kolleger og kunder.
  • Stærk på IT-delen og især Excel, PowerPoint og Word.
  • Vant til at arbejde i en selvstændig rolle, med evnen til at prioritere forespørgsler, strukturere opgaver og din tid.
