Så leder vi lige nu efter dygtige salgskonsulenter til at rådgive vores kunder indenfor el, gas, opladning, varmepumper, internet, tv, underholdning og mobiltelefoni. Du vil få en afgørende rolle i Norlys Energis Kundecenter i Aalborg. Vi prioriterer, at vores kunder føler, at vi påtager os et større ansvar - både over for dem og overfor samfundet som helhed.

Forventninger til rollen

I løbet af en typisk arbejdsdag vil du bruge størstedelen af din tid på dialog med vores kunder. Mens telefonisk kundeservice udgør kernen i vores opgave, er det salget og værdiskabelsen, der driver os fremad. Du er den naturlige sælger, som åbner op for salgsdialogen med kunden og sikrer behovsafdækning samt krydssalg af hele Norlys' produktportefølje. Dine salgsresultater vil være i direkte forlængelse af din evne til at sikre høj kundetilfredshed, og tilsammen udgør dette vores værdiskabelse. Du trives med at være en del af et team, og du nyder at være en del af en dynamisk performancekultur.

Arbejdsstid

Der er tale om en fuldtidsstilling på 37 timer, hvor du arbejder i tidsrummet 8-17 som er vores åbningstid på telefonen. Du kender din vagtplan 8 uger frem.

Arbejdssted
Over bækken 6, 9000 Aalborg.

Forventeligt i løbet af 2025 vil dit arbejdssted ændres til Gasværksvej 25, 9000 Aalborg, hvor vi bygger vores nye nordjyske domicil, Polaris.
