Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with technical project managers and customer stakeholders to ensure successful installations of our hardware on-site.
- Develop strong relationships with front-line customers through empathy and problem-solving skills, which may involve joining night shifts.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to calibrate and troubleshoot our solution.
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Partner with business development teams to identify expansion opportunities and capitalize on them.
- Contribute to ongoing enhancements of our product and service based on customer feedback and needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS or other tech-enabled services.
- Background in the healthcare sector, such as elderly care or social sciences like anthropology or sociology.
- Proactive, passionate, and team-oriented individual who enjoys visiting customers regularly.
- Adept at onboarding and training new users.
- Excited about being part of a team that implements solutions and initiates new customer relationships.
- Excellent structuring and planning skills.
- Curious and outgoing profile with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Danish speaking.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
