Your Role as HR Manager
As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing HR initiatives at Oresund Pharma. Reporting directly to the CEO you will work closely with colleagues to develop a thriving, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership:
- Lead and develop the HR function, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to the CEO and Leadership Team to support decision-making and long-term workforce planning.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience:
- Attract, onboard, and retain top talent by implementing robust recruitment and retention strategies.
- Foster an engaging and inclusive work environment that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Enhance employer branding to position Oresund Pharma as an employer of choice in the pharmaceutical industry.
Employee Development & Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks to drive accountability, growth, and engagement.
- Facilitate learning and development programs, coaching, and mentoring initiatives to support employees in reaching their full potential.
- Support teams and employees in talent management, employee engagement, and career development conversations.
Compensation & Compliance:
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal fairness.
- Ensure compliance with Danish and international labor laws, regulations, and best HR practices.
- Manage employee relations, conflicts, and workplace policies in alignment with company values and legal requirements.
Culture & Organizational Development:
- Drive a strong, collaborative, and high-performance culture across the organization.
- Implement initiatives that support employee well-being, mental health, and work-life balance.
- Promote cross-organizational knowledge sharing and collaboration.

About You
We're looking for a hands-on leader with the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Senior HR professional, ideally in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry.
- Strong expertise in HR Operations, Talent management, Employee engagement, Organizational development, and compliance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset, driven by integrity, innovation, and the ambition to make a meaningful impact.
