Veo is a global leader in AI-based sports camera technology. Our innovative, fully automatic camera solution enables sports teams to record matches and training sessions without a camera operator. We're democratizing the world of sports by granting video analysis for teams on all levels—a privilege that used to be only for the few. More than 40,000 clubs in 90+ countries record their games every week.
But what truly sets us apart? Our people. We're a diverse group of innovative thinkers, creators, and problem-solvers who believe in delivering an incredible product—and having fun while doing it.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Technical Program Manager to join our Capture Team and lead our Stage-Gate Process. This role is central to ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of our most complex and critical AI sports camera projects. Whether it's optimizing workflows, driving cross-functional collaboration, or scaling processes for innovation, your work will shape the future of sports technology.
What You Will Do
- Lead the Stage-Gate Process: Own and continuously improve the Stage-Gate Model to support timely decision-making and operational readiness from ideation to product launch.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Engineering, Product Management, Production, Procurement, Customer Support, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align priorities and resolve bottlenecks.
- Establish and Maintain Best Practices: Develop tools, templates, and workflows that promote consistency, accountability, and transparency across the organization.
- Define the Standard for Success: Set and enforce criteria for each Gate to ensure alignment with Veo's standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Shape the Future: Scale the Stage-Gate Model for larger, more complex projects by introducing advanced methodologies, automating workflows, and refining our approach to innovation. You will enable us to develop and launch the best products in the industry with elegantly designed process and coordination when needed.
- Education: Master's degree in business, operations, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Extensive experience in program management or cross-functional coordination at a senior level in a tech company.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Notion, Instagantt, Asana, G-Slides and G-Sheets.
- Oversight & Communication: Exceptional facilitation skills across all organizational areas and ability to communicate visually to engage stakeholders.
- Attributes: Practical and hands-on approach to problem-solving and process design. You fix the issues you see, but make sure we make the changes to not see the same repetitive issues again.
Our Copenhagen office mirrors our innovative technology – with an indoor ball court, rooftop terrace, and well-equipped gym. We have created a facility that supports connecting disciplines across the business, facilitates creative thinking, and gives the space to engage with colleagues, our global partners, and the entire Veo community.
We value diversity and inclusion and welcome applicants from all backgrounds, even if your experience doesn't completely match every qualification listed. What matters most is your creativity, potential, and ability to contribute meaningfully.
