- Remove impediments and address challenges hindering team progress, ensuring a smooth development and delivery process by promoting timely cross-team communication and effective dependency tracking.
- Provide guidance in epic and user story creation, estimation, and acceptance criteria definition, driving clarity and consistency across the team.
- Encourage teams to leverage the Organization Definition of Done, as well as develop a complimentary team-specific Definition of Done, promoting continuous improvement and best practices.
- Maintain dashboards for sprints, security tickets, and customer support tickets to track key performance indicators and drive data-driven decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement within the team together with the Engineering Manager, fostering an environment of growth and self-improvement.
- Lead and participate in Scrum of Scrum meetings relevant to the team's domain, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams.
- Ensure the team backlog in Jira is always up-to-date, maintaining accurate records and facilitating informed decision-making.
