Som selvstændig associate konsulent i CFO Services får du en interessant hverdag hos vores kunder, hvor du har et fleksibelt arbejdsliv med eget tilvalg af projekter varierende i længde, med mulighed for justering af dine arbejdstimer og timeafregning. Du bringer din faglighed i spil og får faglige udfordringer ved at bidrage til drifts- og udviklingsopgaver i finansfunktionen hos danske og internationale top100-virksomheder.

Bliv en del af et fagligt miljø omkring løsning af projekter

Basico rådgiver og assisterer større danske og internationale virksomheder på blandt andet CFO'ens område. Det er os, kunderne ringer til, når finansfunktionen står med et akut behov for assistance til opgaveløsning eller større forandringer. Vi er et konsulenthus i vækst og har det seneste år budt velkommen til flere nye Basico associates. Vi er cirka 100 fastansatte og 200 freelancekonsulenter, der skaber værdi hos kunderne som CFO'ens højre hånd og sparringspartner.

Vi har netop åbnet nyt kontor i Aarhus hvorfor, at vi har fokus på at få et voksende antal interessante opgaver på tværs af Jylland.

Din rolle som selvstændig konsulent

Du vil være selvstændig erhvervsdrivende tilknyttet Basico som associate via en samarbejdsaftale, hvor du bevarer din fleksible arbejdsform og kan tilvælge projekter som varierer i længde og omfang, i enten interim- eller projektformat, fuldtid eller deltid.

Du vil spille en vigtig rolle i vores kundeleverancer, hvor vi lægger stor vægt på at sætte det rette team og matche dine færdigheder, personlighed og ønsker med kundernes behov. Vores team vil matche din profil med indkomne opgaver i tæt samarbejde med forretningen og vores netværk og vil løbende informere dig om projektsituationen.

Som associate får du udfordringer og ansvar og vil blive tilbudt varierende opgavetyper, brancher og grader af kompleksitet i projekter, som kan koordineres med dine egne opgaver. Derudover får du adgang til sparring og support på CFO-niveau, faglige arrangementer samt et netværk i top1000-virksomheder.

Du vil indgå i et samarbejde med et konsulenthus med stærke faglige værdier som faglighed, ansvarlighed og engagement. Det ligger i vores DNA at gå skridtet videre end leverancen af supportaktiviteter – vi hjælper og inspirerer til forandring og udvikling, udfordrer og skaber perspektiv.

Du vil med din erfaring inden for fx. revision, økonomistyring, controlling og konsolidering sætte dig ind i kundernes situation og løse opgaver i deres finansfunktion.

Hvad har du med i rygsækken?

For at skabe resultater i rollen skal du være motiveret for at dykke ned i finansfunktionens mange opgaver og processer. Du har en nysgerrig og ambitiøs tilgang til din faglighed, tager ansvar og følger dine opgaver til dørs.

Dit fundament og dine kvalifikationer – indtil nu:

  • Du har en uddannelse inden for revision, regnskab, økonomistyring eller lignende.
  • Du har min. 3 års erfaring med regnskab og controlling fra en finansfunktion eller et revisionshus.
  • Du er vant til at arbejde med større datamængder i Excel.
  • Du trives i en omskiftelig hverdag og motiveres af konsulentrollen.
  • Du mestrer dansk og engelsk i tale og skrift.
