The opportunity:

We are looking for a Department Manager for Makeup at Sephora on Købmagergade in Copenhagen.

The position is a full-time role.

Are you ready to work in a high-energy store? Do you have retail experience and expertise in makeup? Are you organized and structured?

Would you love to give our customers an unforgettable beauty experience?

As a Department Manager, you will play a key role in the continuous success of the store. You are an ambassador for our brand and a role model for our SEPHORA attitude. You contribute to a positive work environment and know how to motivate and coach your colleagues. As Department Manager, you will report directly to the Store Manager.

What we expect:

  1. Min. 2 years of experience within retail
  2. Strong communicator – both in groups and one-on-one
  3. Great organizational skills – you love to keep things in order
  4. Capable of meeting deadlines and experienced in working with performance statistics
  5. Business-oriented and focused on customer satisfaction. You particularly like to transform customer advice into sales and are driven by collective success.
  6. Leadership experience
  7. Proficient in Danish and English
