Du får en ansvarsfuld og spændende rolle, hvor du med reference til virksomhedens CEO bliver ansvarlig for virksomhedens projektafdeling – herunder ledelsesansvarlig for afdelingens medarbejdere samt ansvar for at projekterne bliver leveret som aftalt ift. tid, økonomi og kvalitet. Alt imens du bidrager til at sikre ro i relationen til forskellige interessenter, varetager du således følgende arbejdsopgaver og ansvarsområder:

  • Ledelse af afdelingens medarbejdere
    • Sikre kompetenceudvikling og trivsel gennem faglig sparring og individuel støtte i relation til medarbejdernes forskellige behov
    • Igangsætte og understøtte efteruddannelse samt faglig specialisering
  • Gennemføre regelmæssige besøg på byggepladserne, for at sikre kvalitet og fremdrift samt opretholde en stærk relation til bygherrer og øvrige samarbejdspartnere
  • Sikre synlig ledelse og tilstedeværelse i projekterne for at understøtte virksomhedens eksekveringsevne
  • Håndtering af juridiske dokumenter samtidig håndtering af eventuelle tvister gennem professionel konflikthåndtering og dialog med relevante juridiske aktører
  • Sikre at projektafdeling er up-to-date med lovgivninger og tendenser på markedet for totalentrepriser
  • Sikre at projekterne eksekveres i overensstemmelse med Gråkjærs standarder og fastholde den røde tråd i projekterne
  • Deltagelse i ledergruppe
  • Bidrage til driften i projektafdelingen, når nødvendigt
  • Agere tovholder på kvartalsmøder i projektafdelingen og på tværs af afdelingerne

For at få succes i jobbet, har du en relevant byggeteknisk baggrund som f. eks bygningskonstruktør, bygningsingeniør eller lignende samt erfaring fra en tilsvarende rolle inden for byggebranchen. Du har herigennem opnået solid erfaring med at drive totalentrepriser og/eller hovedentrepriser. Du har derudover erfaring med ledelse af projektledere, og du har flair og en naturlig interesse i ledelsesfaget.

Det er derudover vigtigt, at du evner at sætte dig ind i og forstå juridiske dokumenter, og det anses i den forbindelse som en fordel, hvis du har erfaring med løsning af tvister.

Du bor i hensigtsmæssig kørselsafstand til virksomhedens lokation i Holstebro, og du behersker dansk og engelsk på forhandlingsniveau.

Du er en stærk og troværdig leder, som kendetegnes ved din interesse i mennesker og naturlige autoritet. Du er god til at forstå og navigere i medarbejdernes forskellige behov for støtte og udvikling, og du er altid klar til at supportere dine medarbejdere og kollegaer. Med benene solidt plantet på jorden kan du navigere i komplekse projekter, bevare overblikket og forebygge samt håndtere potentielle konflikter og tvister. Du er struktureret, løsningsorienteret og evner at håndtere udfordringer med ordentlighed og professionalisme. Samtidig har du en god forretningsforståelse og kan balancere strategiske mål med daglig drift.
