Core Responsibilities

  • Drives a "product culture" mentality by matching people and their skills to product and service teams leading to highly competent and operationally excellent product teams.

  • A co-leader on technology, architecture and engineering/functional practices as well as supporting teams.

  • Assumes people leadership responsibilities for Lead Engineers and competency leaders being the leader of leaders, including coaching, driving personal development and staffing.

  • Ensure product delivery to a high standard across the product area, and that our overall technical and delivery aspirations are met.

Your role is to lead the Facility Operations & Workplace Experience teams. Your teams play an important role in the life of future and current LEGO employees by providing a great way of engaging with colleagues and building moments that matter, through efficient, energetic, and workplace experiences.

Ensuring that our digital environment in our buildings are running seamlessly, and are becoming more efficient and sustainable. Redefining our digital building security services into a new modern environment.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Demonstrable experience within similar competency areas and experience with a leadership role driving transformation and delivering digital solutions.

  • Has technical knowledge and leadership within the competency areas and high-level knowledge of broader engineering fields.

  • Influences others to accept practices and approaches, via the ability to communicate and influence senior leadership levels/executive leadership.

  • Build positive relationships and set direction, in collaboration with business partners and end-user representatives.

  • Develops professional capabilities in the competency areas by defining and mastering professional standards and work methodologies and training competency resources.

  • Set the strategic and technical direction within your capability areas and ensure its adoption.

  • Champion a collaborative environment for teams and individuals enabling them to release their potential.

  • Create a structure for and secure execution of knowledge sharing and interest groups.

  • Previous experience from working with facility solutions including physical security, building management systems and other building operating systems.

  • Strong cloud experience from both SaaS and IaaS.

  • Experience in handling GDPR and local PII regulations.

Advanced English both written and verbal would be ideal as we are an internationally gathered team.
