OM STILLINGEN
Er du en strategisk og resultatorienteret Brand Manager med stærk kommerciel forståelse og en passion for brandudvikling? Hos os vil du få mulighed for at arbejde med velkendte brands inden for skønhedsindustrien og drive udviklingen af de brands, som du har ansvaret for. I vores portefølje finder du fantastiske brands som Versace, Clean, Shiseido, Molton Brown, Filorga, Caudalie, Drunk Elephant, Dolce & Gabbana og mange flere
Som Brand Manager vil du blandt andet have ansvaret for:
- Udarbejdelse og implementering af stærke markedsføringsplaner
- Udvikling af sortimentsstrategier, distributionsstrategier og prissætning
- Samarbejde med kolleger inden for områder som Key Account Management (KAM), PR og uddannelse
- Udvikling og optimering af brands med fokus på vækst og lønsomhed
Du vil dagligt være i kontakt med brandejere og samtidig have brede samarbejdsflader både internt og eksternt.

Du er passioneret omkring markedsføring og drives af at skabe fantastiske resultater. Du er ambitiøs, opsætter nye mål og søger konstant udvikling. Du er idérig og interesseret i at forny, forbedre og udvikle eksisterende tilgange. Derudover holder du dig opdateret på trends og markedstendenser, som du aktivt inddrager i dit arbejde.
Som person er du struktureret og arbejder systematisk. Du har øje for detaljerne uden at fordybe dig unødigt og er ikke bange for at række ud til dine kolleger for sparring. Du trives i et dynamisk og hurtigt skiftende arbejdsmiljø, hvor der er store muligheder for at udvikle dig både fagligt og personligt. Du er god til at skabe relationer og har stærke netværkskompetencer.
Vi forventer, at du har:
- En akademisk uddannelse inden for markedsføring, økonomi eller indkøb
- 5-7 års erfaring fra en lignende rolle, f.eks. som produktchef
- Flere års erfaring med analyse og udvikling af markedsstrategier
- Erfaring med at udarbejde materiale til business reviews
- Erfaring med kontraktforhandling med brandejere
- Dokumenterede resultater inden for vækst og lønsomhed
- En forretningsorienteret og nytænkende tilgang samt stærke evner til at opbygge langvarige relationer
- Høj kapacitet og evnen til at prioritere for at arbejde effektivt
- Gode færdigheder i Office 365 og Power BI
