We're looking for an engaged and hands-on IT Support Specialist with a can-do attitude and a talent for both tech and teamwork. Someone who's as comfortable troubleshooting a tricky issue as they are chatting over coffee with a designer, developer, or doctor. You'll be the heartbeat of our local IT support in Copenhagen – and a key enabler for everyone else to do their best work.

THE IT-SUPPORT ROLE

As an IT supporter, you'll become an essential part of local and global technical support teams. You will help support the 140 colleagues in Copenhagen, a unique mix of talents ranging from medical doctors to user experience designers, software engineers, and video game industry talents. You will also work closely with skilled colleagues in global IT. In addition to your daily support, your focus will be on our infrastructure, which depends on cloud-based tools and platforms. We are excited to continue cloud adoption, and you will play an active part in the journey.

Not many days will look the same, but your tasks and responsibilities will evolve around:

• Operating the frontline support, including walk-in support on PC, MAC, etc.
• Operating the Asset Management System and all warranty-related support cases
• Ensuring that all meeting rooms are running and equipped properly
• Operate the physical access security system at Laerdal Copenhagen
• Daily responds to all new tickets and ensure that they are processed according to given deadlines
• Second-level support tickets are handed over to the right resources
• Daily follow up on the IT department's Team channels
• In cooperation with the rest of the IT team, ensure workstation/laptop operation, maintenance, and deployment, including lifecycle management

We Think You'll Thrive If You Have:

• Experience with help desk systems and IT support processes
• Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Office 365
• Familiarity with M365 Admin tools and AV/meeting room tech
• A relevant EUX or Bachelor's degree in IT/Tech
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar support role
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset – you get things done
• Strong communication skills and a service-minded approach
• Curiosity and willingness to grow with our tools and platforms
• Interest in Apple's product ecosystem and cross-platform troubleshooting
• (Bonus) Knowledge of ISO27001 or similar IT security frameworks
