What will you do?

As our new Junior Tender Manager, you will support in preparing and coordinating foundation T&I tenders, handling cost estimation, documentation, and strategy alignment. You will also collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to gather technical and commercial inputs, ensuring well-structured and competitive proposals.

Your main tasks include:

  • Support Tender Managers in preparing foundation T&I tenders, including planning, cost estimation, and strategy development.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as documentation, meeting minutes, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Perform cost estimations and help prepare client sales price schedules and internal reports.
  • Review ITT documentation, align tender packages with overall strategy, and suggest alternative approaches.
  • Assist in preparing RFQs, coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments for technical and commercial input.
  • Evaluate supplier bids, conduct due diligence, and support proposal delivery with pricing, schedules, and key documentation.

We are looking for a structured and analytical profile, who is commercially aware, well-organized, and resilient, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage tight deadlines effectively.

We think you will be a good match if you:

  • BSc or MSc in engineering or commercial disciplines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Up to two years of experience in EPCI, T&I offshore wind, oil & gas, or construction is a plus but not required.
