We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Community Manager who can help enhance hummel's global brand presence and engage with our diverse audience across social media platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities
As our Community Manager, you will play a key role in managing and growing hummel's social media presence, with a focus on the hummelsport and hummelkids profiles. You will be the voice of hummel on Instagram and Facebook, responsible for creating engaging content, building strong relationships with our content creators, and ensuring a consistent brand message. Your primary tasks will include:
- Grow of Social Media profiles hummelsport & hummelkids: Grow the followers and be the voice of hummel across Instagram and Facebook. Responsible for planning, posting, copy and secure performance of organic social as well as social media initiatives and campaigns across the channels.
- Build and maintain a strong community on Social media: Responsible for building a strong community and engage with the audience, responding to comments etc.
- Innovation and Trends: Staying abreast of the latest trends in social media and within sports, to keep hummel at the forefront of the industry.
- Maintain and further develop our content squad: Ensure the best creators to our content squad. Be responsible for monthly campaigns including outreach, making briefs, closing the deals, sending out products, retrieving content and giving feedback.
- Track engagement: Track engagement, impressions, followers etc. to ensure a dedicated community and that the channels grow.
- Brand Representation and Promotion: Ensuring that all social media promote hummel's brand identity, values, and vision.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including the marketing team of PRO-clubs to ensure that we get to tell the good stories.
Our New Team Player
We imagine our new Community Manager has at least 3 years of experience in social media management, particularly on a global scale, and is well-versed in community management and influencer marketing. You should be creative, innovative, and have a strong understanding of the sports and fashion industry. We also value:

- Great Coordinator Skills: Strong coordinator who can prioritize their time and handle many tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent Communicator Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for managing the profiles and engaging with the community.
- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose.
- Passion for Sports: A genuine interest in and passion for sports, particularly those that align with hummel's focus areas like football and handball. This passion is crucial for authenticity and deep understanding of the sports culture and consumer mindset.
- Passion for Social Media: Passion for social media and natural eagerness to stay updated on the latest trends, as well as being active on Social Media yourself.
- Commercial Awareness: Understanding of the commercial aspects of social media, including how to drive sales and brand growth through the channel.
- Self-Driven: Highly motivated, independent, and able to take responsibility.
