We are now taking the next step at IMPACT, starting up the Norwegian market for real. As part of a new team on the Norwegian market, backed by all the skills available at Impact, you will be given the opportunity to put your mark on our journey. You will work with some of the largest brands within Retail, Brands and B2B in Scandinavia.

IMPACT is now on the lookout for a visionary Senior Martech Consultant to join our team in Oslo/Tønsberg. In this role, you'll be the strategic force behind our business, architecting solutions across various technologies and business functions for the advancement of marketing initiatives. If you have a knack for bringing together disparate stakeholders and aligning technology with business strategy, we want you.

Your primary focus areas will be:

  • Serve as the strategic lead, aligning marketing technology with business goals.
  • Consult and engage with stakeholders and communicate strategies effectively.
  • Manage the consolidation and optimisation of tech stacks within client organisations.
  • Play a pivotal role in change management, prioritising the 'people' aspect of technology.
  • Liaise between various functions to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, integrating them with existing systems.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach, focusing on delivering value to the end-user.

YOUR PROFILE
You have a bachelor's degree or higher and solid experience as a consultant or in an equivalent area. You understand both business and IT and have a proven track record in a strategic Martech role.

  • Demonstrated experience in a Martech or similar strategic role, with a comprehensive understanding of marketing technologies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Proficient in navigating complex tech stacks and integrating new technologies.
  • Forward-thinking, with an understanding of emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative team player with a knack for documentation and process mapping.
