What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a structured and business-driven Product Owner who thrives on working with diverse stakeholders, understands user needs, and can effectively bridge the gap between business strategy and technical development.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the Product Backlog: Take full ownership of the backlog for two key platforms, ensuring that development efforts align with strategic priorities and market demands.
  • Drive Product Development: Define and prioritise product features to support expansion into new markets while maintaining a strong focus on user needs.
  • Manage Stakeholder Expectations: Collaborate with internal teams—including development, design, support, and leadership—to ensure smooth communication and alignment on product goals.
  • Enhance User Experience: Continuously test and refine products to maximise usability and value for end-users.
  • Support Customer Engagement: Manage incoming feature requests, provide customer support in collaboration with the service desk, and assist in identifying opportunities for platform improvements.
  • Strategic Expansion: Work closely with leadership to identify new market opportunities, present solutions to potential customers, and strengthen external partnerships.
  • Ensure Quality: Collaborate with the development team to maintain high product quality, ensuring that features deliver meaningful impact.

Experience and Mindset:

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably within SaaS or PropTech.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex user requirements into clear, actionable product roadmaps.
  • Experience managing development across multiple platforms, including mobile apps and responsive web applications.
  • A passion for building products that drive real-world impact.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, wearing multiple hats in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • A structured approach to problem-solving with a strong focus on quality from a user perspective.

Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Danish and English.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate product visions and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
