What will your day look like?

As a key member of the Solution Consulting team, you'll be a trusted advisor, guiding our clients and internal stakeholders towards growth by deeply understanding their needs and crafting tailored technology solutions. Our Solution Consulting team acts as the bridge between business goals and technological possibilities, translating complex requirements into clear roadmaps and innovative designs that empower our clients to thrive.

  1. Networking and staying close to our strategic partners.
  2. Presenting compelling cases and case studies at industry events.
  3. Serve as the go-to technical expert on client projects, working closely with internal teams (Technology, Data, Experience, Strategy).
  4. Act as a translator, transforming ambitious client goals into actionable technology strategies.
  5. Collaborate with our growth team on pitches, RFPs, and high-level scoping.
  6. Stay ahead of the curve by keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest marketing technologies and developing insightful points of view.
  7. Flex your creative muscles by occasionally building internal PoCs and demos to test new features and groundbreaking ideas.

What do you bring to the table?

We're seeking a highly experienced technology leader who embodies a rare combination of technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a drive to make a real impact.

  1. You bring a passion for marketing technology and a genuine desire to make a difference for our clients and MAP.
  2. You have a proven track record of leadership and success in a solutions consulting or related role (e.g., technical consulting or customer success management) at a senior level.
  3. You possess a strong foundation in one or more core marketing technology platforms like: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Braze, etc.
  4. You're a natural communicator with exceptional presentation skills, capable of captivating any level audience in speech, writing and PowerPoint.
  5. Proven experience building strong relationships and managing different stakeholders.
  6. You're a true team player, always willing to both lead the conversation, but also to collaborate and encourage others.
