The Role

As our Solutions Consultant for the DACH region, you'll be key in delivering Factbird's innovation right to the heart of manufacturers.

This role is tailored for someone who loves consulting, thrives on making processes leaner, and isn't afraid to dive into techy conversations. You will collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and tailor presentations that showcase how Factbird's solutions can address those needs effectively. You will play a pivotal role in the sales cycle by conducting product demonstrations and engaging in detailed discussions with potential clients.

What You'll Do:
  • Consult with manufacturers to understand their operational needs and offer our intelligent solutions.
  • Demonstrate the magic of Factbird's software and hardware products.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support.
  • Drive sustainable and efficient manufacturing practices across the DACH region.
  • Engage with industry events, trade shows, and customer visits to showcase our solutions.
  • Report back on trends, customer feedback, and regional insights to help improve our offerings.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the pre-sales process and beyond.
Who You Are

  • Have proven experience in a Solutions Consultant or similar role, particularly in the manufacturing sector.
  • Are fluent in German and English.
  • Are tech-savvy and maybe even geek out on manufacturing processes.
  • Have a head for optimizing systems and a heart for sustainability.
  • Are ready to travel and meet customers face-to-face.
