The Position

As a Manager, you will be part of the Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) Technical Execution team within the Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering (AME) area.

The main responsibilities will be:

  1. Lead a technical team which consists of 8 employees (engineers and skilled workers).
  2. Support the AM technical network to maximize capacities through flawless execution and problem solving.
  3. Drive technical support on-site when major issues occur and/or when improvement initiatives are executed in the network.

The role requires you to have the capacity to travel around 50 days per year to some of the different sites located across the globe.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

  1. An academic degree or similar within a relevant subject matter (e.g., engineering).
  2. Around 2 years of people management experience.
  3. Experience in maintenance, production, LEAN, or other technical background.
  4. Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

You can manage change and have leadership skills to ensure team engagement and that your team thrives. You enjoy coaching, setting direction, and people development. You can set directions, follow-up, and drive solutions for critical issues in the core business of the team. You can collaborate, have a can-do attitude, and you are curious to learn more.

About the department

Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering (AME) is a part of Novo Nordisk, Product Supply, Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering (AM) and is responsible for supporting our global production sites in maintaining a high level of quality and compliance while creating innovative improvements to our manufacturing processes. We are growing and support manufacturing all over the world, supplying nearly 50% of the world's insulin (for more information please visit www.novonordisk.com).
