You would take part in a team that is dealing with daily tasks of running our supply chain business. We are the interface from our Service business, and it is our 1st priority to support and make things happen. We are a team of 8 persons located in the UK and Denmark. We support our region NCE in finding solutions for the issues they face. We are the connecting point between Warehouses and Service, thus acting as an octopus within Vestas. Basically, when stuff does not go right between the warehouses and our service organ we step up and resolve the issues. Our department has an immensely big interface across Vestas and thus the entire globe.

Our team collaborates with many different stakeholders in both the regions and globally, but especially the Service Dispatchers and Technical Planners are close collaborators to our department. As part of our team, you will be able to unfold yourself, as we always work in different directions; you can start your day on A but end the day on Z. Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Coordinator in Vestas, you can count on the following to be key responsibilities:

  • Close collaboration with our SBU to reach the set KPI's
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and accommodating the different needs coming from our Service business
  • Support the close collaboration with our internal customers
  • Preparing presentations and reports
  • Coordinating issue solutions for our SBU

Qualifications
To be able to undertake this position we first and foremost look to you to have an engaging, committed, and open attitude towards problem solving, stakeholders, and your colleagues. However, we do hope you can identify with the following:

  • Fluent in English speaking and writing; if you possess Swedish skills, it is beneficial but not required.
  • Experienced in working with SAP and MS Office
  • Experience with owning processes and working actively with KPI setting

Location: Aarhus N, Denmark, or Malmö, Sweden.
Travel: Maximum 10 days per year.
