Være driver på kommerciel controlling og datadrevet adfærd
Med reference til Group CFO og som tæt sparringspartner for kommercielle ledere vil du spille en central rolle i at videreudvikle og optimere virksomhedens økonomiske styringsværktøjer inden for salgsområdet. Du bliver Finance Business Partner for salgsorganisationen og får ansvaret for at skabe transparens og forretningsindsigt gennem valide data inden for bl.a. salgsperformance, kundeanalyser og profitabilitet. Gennem analyser og økonomisk rådgivning sikrer du, at ledelsen har det rette grundlag til at understøtte og træffe forretningsmæssige optimale beslutninger og strategisk planlægning inden for salg og kommercielle aktiviteter. Det kan indebære følgende opgaver:

  • Udarbejdelse af salgsanalyser; Analyse af salgstal, trends, KPI'er og præstationer i forhold til budgetter og mål, herunder rullende forecast holdt op mod pipeline.
  • Rapportering og beslutningsstøtte; Levering af kommercielle indsigter og information til ledelsen for at sikre, at beslutninger træffes på et solidt grundlag. Dette inkluderer udarbejdelse af business cases samt før- og efterkalkulationer.
  • Understøttelse af strategi; Udvikling af rapporter og dashboards, der giver overblik over markedets udvikling, kundeadfærd og produktperformance.
  • Anvende og videreudvikle værktøjer som BI til at levere visuelle og brugbare økonomiske rapporter.
  • Være en synlig sparringspartner for salgsledelsen og sikre præcis og rettidig rapportering af salgsenhedens økonomiske performance.

Du skal forvente en årlig rejseaktivitet svarende til ca. 20 dage.

Forretningsorienteret økonomiprofil med solid økonomisk værktøjskasse
Vi forestiller os, at du har en økonomisk uddannelsesbaggrund på minimum bachelorniveau og nogle eller flere års erfaring fra en rolle i en kommerciel organisation. Du kommer formentlig fra en lignende stilling som Business Controller, Business Analyst, Cost Controller eller tilsvarende, gerne fra en international produktionsvirksomhed. Som person er du robust, analyserende og har en stærk evne til at begå dig i et dynamisk salgsmiljø. Du tør udfordre, skabe relationer og derved opnå tillid i organisationen. Du er selvdrevet og kan identificere forbedringsmuligheder og omsætte dem til konkrete handlinger. Derudover har du solid erfaring med og interesse for værktøjer som BI og i særdeleshed Excel, som du anvender til at levere skarpe analyser og præcis kommunikation. Endelig begår du dig ubesværet på engelsk i skrift og tale.
