Vi søker en engasjert B2B Marketing Specialist til et 12-måneders vikariat. Stillingen inngår i funksjonen Customer Success & Digital Activation. Teamet jobber med digitale markedsføringsaktiviteter og kampanjer med særlig fokus på epost-markedsføring mot våre annonsekunder. Vi har som mål å bidra til vekst av Schibsteds annonseprodukter og tjenester i SMB segmentet gjennom skalerbare markedsføringsaktiviteter.
Du vil være vår spesialist på å planlegge og gjennomføre digitale markedsføringsaktiviteter på tvers av kanaler mot nye og eksisterende kunder. Du er lidenskapelig opptatt av gode kundeopplevelser, godt innhold og datadrevet markedsføring. Du har evne til å tilpasse innhold og budskap til ulike kontekster og kanaler for å treffe kunder med rett budskap til rett tid og du vet hvordan du analyserer og måler kampanjeresultater.
Rollen er lokalisert i Norge og rapporterer til Head of Customer Success & Digital Activation i Schibsted Marketing Services, Norge.
Ansvarsområder:
- Skape salgs- og leadmuligheter gjennom planlegging og gjennomføring av effektive digitale markedsføringsaktiviteter og kampanjer.
- Lage skriftlig og visuelt markedsføringsmateriell, og samarbeide med byråer ved behov.
- Optimalisere kontaktpunkter langs kundereisen ved å bruke innsikt fra markedsføringsaktiviteter og kampanjeresultater.
- Optimalisere markedsføringskanaler og A/B-testing for digitale markedsføringsplattformer.
Vi tror du har:
- Erfaring innen B2B- og epost-markedsføring.
- Evner å måle og analysere kampanjeresultater og identifisere forbedringsmuligheter.
- Erfaring med bruk av kundeinnsikt og data i ulike markedsføringsaktiviteter.
- 3-5 års utdanning, bachelor eller mastergrad i markedsføring eller lignende felt.
- Proaktivt mindset og evne til å gjennomføre prosjekter med struktur og driv.

- Gode samarbeidsegenskaper internt og utenfor organisasjonen, evne til å navigere i en matriseorganisasjon.

- Evne til å håndtere interne forventninger og interessenter. Med utgangspunkt i analyser, rapporter og annet internt arbeid, bygger du relevante historier, og gjør om kampanjeresultater til god innsikt, for fremtidige læringseffekter.
