**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled **Head of B2B Marketing Operations** to lead our marketing efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with our business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy to bring new products/services to market and scale revenue.
- Leverage analytics platforms and CRM systems to drive marketing efficiency and optimize customer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to ensure marketing and sales alignment.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing for deep-tech, semiconductor, or scientific R&D industries.
- Expertise in content marketing, product marketing, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)-driven lead generation.
- Hands-on experience in marketing automation, SEO, PPC, and performance marketing.
