At DIS we are experiencing an increase in demand from our customers, and we are seeking a skilled Project Planner to join our project management department. The ideal candidate will have exceptional planning abilities, a customer-centric mindset, and the flexibility to work on-site at the customer while traveling within Denmark as needed.

Working as a Project Planner at DIS/CREADIS, you will be involved in various development projects and be in contact with different customers within the industry. You will work most of your time on-site at the customer, collaborating closely with the customer and the internal teams. We will also require that you are able to travel approximately 20 days per year within Denmark to support project needs.

This role requires proficiency in coordinating with various stakeholders, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring seamless project execution. You will have a lot of customer activities and thus it is important that you can communicate on all managerial levels, internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop high-level plans by merging inputs from external stakeholders and internal project teams.
  2. Define and standardize planning procedures to facilitate smooth expansion or contraction of the project organization.
  3. Cultivate strong customer relationships through proactive communication and stakeholder management.
  4. Prioritize work packages based on site requirements, priorities, and dependencies.
  5. Oversee and review multiple plans running concurrently.

Requirements (Must have):

  1. Exceptional planning skills, including the ability to merge inputs from diverse sources.
  2. Proficiency in defining and standardizing planning procedures.
  3. Strong customer-supplier mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  4. Ability to prioritize work packages according to site needs and dependencies.
  5. Experience overseeing multiple plans concurrently.
  6. Experience with Primavera P6.

Requirements (Nice to have):

  1. Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, construction, or mechanical engineering.
  2. Knowledge of the Sustainable Energy sector.
  3. Familiarity with procurement activities.
  4. Previous experience as a consultant.
